As we age our skin will typically become drier, even if we’ve never experienced dry skin before. Hydration is not only an issue for the skin on our faces, but for our bodies as well. For others they can have health issues that cause dry skin and then there’s the weather.
Baby, it’s cold outside!
Not only is the air around us drier, but the cold can chap your skin and all those indoor heat sources can be very drying to the skin. These various dry skin issues can be alleviated with Vaseline Intensive Rescue© line of lotions. A typical draw back when you have dry or very dry skin is that moisturizers are heavy and thick and many times greasy or sticky. Not so with Vaseline® Intensive Rescue.® It includes a multi-layer moisturizing complex that hydrates skin deeply that infuses moisture at the top, core and deep down layers of skin* without leaving it sticky or greasy. It’s also proven to relive dry skin after just one use.
It’s available in 3 variants:
Vaseline® Intensive Rescue® Repairing Moisture Lotion
• Deeply heals skin
• Fragrance free
Vaseline® Intensive Rescue® Soothing Moisture Lotion
• Features a light chamomile fragrance
• Calms and relieves itchy dry skin
Vaseline® Intensive Rescue® Healing Hand Cream
• Fragrance free
• Accelerates the healing of dry, rough hands
Living here in Minnesota can be a winterland challenge in itself. It can get cold. Really cold and drying. But I also don’t want to give up outdoor activities just because of the weather. We have a lot of great outdoor activities we can enjoy and one of my favorite things to do in the winter is ice skating. There’s a great skating rink just a few steps away from my home and our family has enjoyed it for the many years we’ve lived here.
I’ve been given a challenge by Vaseline – to go ice skating and test out the Vaseline Intensive Rescue Repairing Moisture Lotion to see if I can tell a difference in my skin when I use Vaseline Intensive Rescue Repairing Moisture Lotion and report back to you. It’s a powerful and therapeutic moisturizing lotion that not only feels good, but has been proven to relieve dry skin after just one use and to help heal dry skin in three days. So stay tuned, because in the next few weeks I’ll be back with the results of my challenge!

Have used the Vaseline Handcream in the yellow and Aloe Vera (green) bottles. As yet haven’t seen this product here in England. Will keep my eyes open – as need all help possible – hands soon feel dry, especially after being in water, and with this weather.
Many thanks.
Have a great Christmas and Happy New Year xx
Thanks Pauline and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you as well!
