Looking for holiday makeup ideas? I think these three images are great inspirations for looks that will take you anywhere from casual party to all out glam party.
This look on Tory Burch can be achieved by using simple and easy-to-use products like these below. Lancome’s Holiday Collection eye shadow palette, Parisian Lights, will give you a light smoky eye look that can be worn for even a day time party. On the lips wear the nude lip color gloss in Nudity by Nudestix and add dimension with some shimmer using the Lancome Poudre Lumiere for highlighting the cheekbones.
This Tom Ford eye shadow palette in Orchid Haze is one of my all-time favorite palettes. You can go soft or dramatic or anywhere in between. The shades are beautiful and work on most every skin tone. There’s matte and soft shimmer which makes this especially pretty. For the lips the Dior Holiday Diorific lipstick in Daring Shock is excellent. Use the darker shade first and then top it with the softer shimmery side and you get the perfect plum lip. To balance the look out use a warmer shade of pink blush like this Bobbi Brown Pot Rouge in Powder Pink. The creamy texture will add a nice softness to oftentimes dry skin.
Get this dramatic smoky eye using the Giorgio Armani Holiday Eye Shadow Palette. With shades of grey and browns you can go from a light smoky eye to a very dramatic one. Use a good amount of black liner and lots of mascara. Keep the cheeks simple and Lancome Miel Glace blush has been my go-to for a natural flush blush for years. I will go crazy if they ever discontinue it. It might not look like much of a wow shade, but just try it on and you’ll definitely change your mind about how great it makes your skin look. For a plum lip try the new Chanel Rouge Allure Lip Gloss. This shade is called Seduction and these glosses are like a liquid lipstick on the lips.
