It has more of a glow than a shimmer, so the light doesn’t bounce around the wrinkles so much. It doesn’t reduce them, you’ll still see them, but they won’t be as obvious as if you’d used a classic shimmer or frost shadow.

Maureen, I don’t think you’d be disappointed. They look super shimmery in the palette, but the shimmer is actually quite subtle when on. I am a woman in my 50’s and I love them!

I enjoyed reading your instructive review and your opinion about shimmer and aging eyelids. Now the question is do I take chance on ordering a Chanel palette?
