Oh course women at any age can rock color! It’s all about the intensity and placement. I’m glad to see that a respected MA has come out in favor of it. I cringed when one well known MA was insisting that women over forty could only wear matte beige colors. How boring! I’m in my mid-sixties, active and physically fit, I take excellent care of my skin (face and body!) and hair, and dress fashionably. Why shouldn’t I be able to have some fun with the various trends that come along? Some of the most stunning women around are older women who add a layer of confidence and strength to their beauty.

I just bought this book yesterday in Coronado, Cal. It is great, tried some of the looks and they are so flattering, I’m 62 and so far wrinkleless. I love the different styles for different moods this book shows. A must buy.. really.

Carol Alt’s lipstick looks closer to Kate Winslet’s video shade than Rose Veil.

Linda Mason is giving a workshop this coming Sunday at the IMATS in NYC. since i live within a train ride of NYC have planned to go on Sunday during general public admission hours. I Planned to attend her session on Sunday, had no idea she had written a book. Now am more excited than ever to hear her. Thanks for the info.
