The Chella Heated Eyelash Curler offers a unique approach to curling eyelashes. My typical routine involves holding a traditional curler in one hand and hitting with a blast of heat from my blowdryer before use, but this curler offers an easy alternative to this method.The unit is about the size of a fountain pen and requires one AAA battery. After uncapping the curler you simply switch it on and it heats up in about 20 seconds. You can then hold it at the base of your lashes and slide it upwards toward the lash tips. It reaches the perfect temperature to achieve a wide-eyed look and is wonderful for touching up lashes during the day. I have noticed that my lashes look a little wilted midday, (along with the rest of me), whenever the temperatures in Texas begin to climb.

You can use the Chella Heated Eyelash Curler before or after mascara application. I found that it worked best for me either after using an eyelash primer, or post mascara application. I noticed that it separated my lashes which made my mascara go on smoothly and clump free. Traditional eyelash curlers can sometimes give you a “checkmark” angle to your lashes and this eyelash curler alleviates that concern.
