I had the distinct honor of speaking with model, actress, author, and philanthropist Dayle Haddon, who is passionate about her national campaign – “Beauty is Bone Deep”. Dayle and Susan pointed out that peak bone mass maxes out at age 30, and that we need to take great care to implement healthy choices to ensure bone strength.
