I have tried a few natural/organic hair products that I’ve purchased from Whole Foods. Unfortunately, my hair is such a dry, frizzy mess it was hard to tell if it helped or not. I’d love to try the Liz Earle line. Is it only available online?

I’d like to be entered in the giveaway. I love Liz Earle skincare products (never tried the hair products). In fact, it’s thanks to Fab Over Forty that I finally tried the line. I’d heard great things about the hot cloth cleanser, as well as other items, for years–but it wasn’t until I read about them on your blog that I finally visited the website and ordered a bunch of stuff. I love it all. I have tried many other natural lines, but have found that natural/essential oils-laden products typically irritate my sensitive skin. Not so with Liz Earle–hurray! So THANK YOU for helping me finally try the line. (And thanks for your great blog in general!)

Since the weather has changed I’ve been using organic coconut oil as an after-shower body moisturizer. It smells wonderful and my skin loves it.

Love Liz Earle! I’ve used Cleanse and Polish for years, and always come back to it and the toner. I also like Evan Healy, Burt’s Bees, argan oil, and Aromatherapy Associates.

I never used any Liz Earle products. This giveaway would be wonderful to try because I do buy Burt’s Bees and Jason natural products.

I used to buy a wonderful facial mist from a company I don’t remember. The mist they made sounded like a chemistry formula. It was the greatest product ever because it sealed fine lines somehow and really set the makeup while lightly moisturizing. They stopped carrying it in the health food store where I used to always buy it.

I’ve used organic beauty products before, but mostly for cosmetics and not haircare. I have read a lot of reviews and the only one that comes out on top REGULARLY is Liz Earle’s .

hey there…its only early afternoon and i’ve already used several organic/naturals- deodorant and lipbalm from LUSH, a rose/olive oil soap from a local crafter and Korres’ primer and tinted moisturiser. can’t wit to try the Tarte powder primer u recommended recently. currently using mario badescu hair products and would love to try the liz earle. im not an exclusively organic gal- love lipsticks too much to limit myself- but i do like them when they’re available AND work well. i am very glad you are out there on the lookout for new things. thanks!

I think all natural is just healthier…..some products out there are really loaded with sooo many chemicals! I get nervous reading long lists of ingredients I can’t even pronounce.

It really is hard to find truly “organic” beauty products but I am really glad that many companies are removing the truly “bad” ingredients that made their products cheap to mass produce but not so good for the consumer.

I am really becoming convinced that natural oils are the way to go. I’ve been using argan oil on my oily/combination skin and loving the results. I’m also using the Kahina Giving beauty eye serum. I haven’t noticed any miraculous results from the eye serum, but it feels really nice and isn’t irritating at all. Next I’m on the lookout for a natural cleansing oil to try. Thanks for the contest!

I’d love to try Liz Earle – I’ve used some natural and organic products, and I use sulfate free shampoo and conditioner now – Pureology. I also use skincare things from Mychelle, and Dr. Hauschka.

  42. October 18, 2010 at 9:07 am ·

I’ve had better luck with natural/organic cosmetics than skin and hair care. tarte in particular comes to mind as not sacrificing quality in the pursuit of organic ingredients. I have not found natural or organic hair care that works for me at ALL though.

I visited our local health food store yesterday…we use Agava as a sweetener. I thought I might sample some “organic health food” while I was there…umm..umm let’s just say that I think that right now, I’d rather put organic on me than in me and leave it at that.
