Happy first full week of Spring! I have a feeling many of you are on Spring Break vacations – while envious of those of you who are, I hope you are enjoying a wonderful break! Spring brings renewal and many changes and I have both going on in my life and I had to take some much needed time away from work and the computer last week. It was rather refreshing! It gave me time to reflect on how dependent on technology I am, but that it also can take over any time I try and create “free time” so I am bound and determined that there will be days that I put it all down.
