In reply to Julie M. Yes, until July 19th you can only have access if you are a Nordstrom rewards member. Once July 19 hits, it's open to everyone.

I went to check out the deals at Nordstrom’s big sale and found that you have to be a Beauty Rewards member. I’d have been glad to sign up except that to do so required me to apply for a Nordstrom credit card or give my debit card number. Boo 🙁
