I hope we all agree that beauty comes from the inside out. Not only in how you treat others, but how you take care of your insides. There are so many things you can eat, drink and take that will support not only your inner beauty, but your outer beauty, and you should try and consume these every day for best results!
Plenty of: whole fruits, veggies and dark leafy greens
Super foods like: acai, pomegranate, goji, grasses, sprouts, mushrooms and quinoa
Supplements containing: B vitamins, probiotics, herbs and whole food ingredients
For deep line and wrinkle support try a combo of: collagen, hyaluronic acid, keratin, MSM, and natural Vitamin C like amla or camu camu
Other nutrients for an overall glow are: Omega Oils – fish, flax, hemp, chia, borage, evening primrose, and sea buckthorn
Also, stay hydrated! Don’t drink empty calories and chemicals. Stick with beverages like spa water, coconut water and herbal teas. Watch your wine or alcohol consumption at night. This is dehydration, extra calories, and extra detox your body has to do while you sleep. Now it is no longer beauty sleep. Avoid drinking more than one cup of coffee per day, and limit consumption of refined sugar and processed foods as much as possible. Don’t forget about: daily exercise, sunlight and fresh air! And mix in some massage and acupuncture whenever possible.
