I’ve been thinking a lot lately about my trip a few years ago to Rancho La Puerta. It was such an unbelievable experience and hope to some day return. The founder of The Ranch, Deborah Szekely turned 91 the other day. When she was 18 she and her husband started Rancho La Puerta as a place where people could come who wanted natural, organic foods and a healthy lifestyle. They still maintain that philosophy to this day and Deborah’s vision is felt everywhere at The Ranch. Take a moment to read her letter “My 91st Birthday Wish”. She’s quite remarkable and we all could learn something from her.
