Every morning when I see the label Shuga, I think of The Archies – one of my favorite Saturday morning shows when I was a little kid.  Remember the song “Sugar”?   I get the tune in my head for most of the day.

Shuga is a haircare and hairstyling line that has pure, natural, sulfate-free ingredients, using yogurt proteins, and milk and plant sugars.

The line includes:

  • Shampoo
  • Conditioner
  • Leave-in Conditioner
  • Directional Volumizing Mousse
  • Gel Cream
  • Dressy Mist
  • Stay
  • Hairspray

Because it’s sulfate free – the shampoo is also great for colored hair and keeping your expensive color in tact longer.

A Leave-in Conditioner is something that people with fine hair like mine, normally can’t use.   It weighs down the hair making it flat in no time.   This Leave-in Conditioner made my hair silky smooth – in fact smoother feeling than most conditioners.  Yet, there was absolutely no weighing it down.

The Directional Volumizing Mousse works by lifting your hair at the root and spraying.  It creates a slight foam – not huge foam like a regular mousse would do.   However, it gives a lot of volume, and more importantly – movement.

If you’re looking for a natural haircare line, this works to give you beautiful hair.   To learn more about the line.  Click here.
