    Amazing!! I too have re-committed myself to fitness..I lost over 30 lbs last year, and am down another 7 or 8 since starting back up..I ran/walked in my 1st 5K in Sept..and am now going to run in Gulf Shores 1st ever color run in May!! I am excited to participate in that one. I find that getting a good night’s sleep & staying hydrated are 2 keys in my success..without those, I can’t fully benefit from the workouts..Thanks for the uplifting post!!

    oh and p.s. I just turned 40!! I feel better now than any time in my 30’s!! lol..

    Now that my kids are little older and a little more self sufficient. I have dedicated myself to making time to get into shape. The older you get the more important it is to get there and exercise.

    I am truly proud of people like you who try hard to stay fit and healthy. It is hard for some to find time to go to the gym and workout. You are an inspiration and I agree, it doesn’t matter if we are already 40 as long as we are healthy and we still have the energy to enjoy life like a young individual.
