Wondering what to wear for all those holiday parties on the list?  Velvet is the answer! It’s easy to transform from formal to less formal, depending on the party situation and what you wear with it.  For more dressy occasions this blue velvet jumper is perfect. You get style and comfort and let’s be honest, we want both and don’t want to compromise. This one is made with a stretchy knit fabric so it moves with you all night long.  Put on those dancin’ shoes girl!

With the cute wrap front with a ruffle and tie at the waist you can keep the accessories to a minimum like we did here. No bold jewelry, just a simple necklace, dangly earrings and maybe a simple bracelet. Add a pop of pattern with  fabric printed shoes. They add a little more interest with the pattern, but a gold or silver strappy heel would work just as well.  

For a bit more casual look that is still put together an dressy a velvet top with leggings or wide leg pants would be fantastic. Again, this one is  stretchy velvet so it moves with you all night long. It also has a removable black tie that can be worn in several ways. Shown here with it tied in the front, or wear it backwards and like a cute black choker. We paired it with black leggings, but can also be worn with wide leg pants.  

If you choose to wear the tie, simple jewelry is best, otherwise some bold jewelry would work without the tie.  Flats are perfect for wearing with this simple, yet elegant look.
