Définicils Waterproof – Wearing sunglasses can heat up the skin around the eye area. This can smudge eye makeup, but not when you’re wearing waterproof mascara. My go-to has always been Définicils Waterproof.

One question I am constantly asked is “What’s the secret to looking younger?” After telling everyone my favorite 3 things – which are moisturize, moisturize, moisturize, I then suggest to make the liner on the top of your eyelid more prominent. It opens up your eyes and makes them pop.
Here Sandy shows us how to do just that. I’m so happy I was giving good advice when I said to line the top of your eye lash line!

I am so excited about this video that when I received word from Lancome that they have created a series of makeup application videos with Sandy Linter, I literally let out a happy scream! Co-workers came to see what the fuss was all about!
Fab Over 40′s lucky readers are getting the FIRST look at this video – this one is of foundation and concealer application.
