Typically in the summertime my skin gets oily.   When I interviewed Dr. Doris Day, NYC Dermatologist several months ago I asked her if my skin still could be dry but feel oily in the summertime, she said yes.   The sun and heat can dry out your skin, but leave the oils on the surface.
