Â Pat is the P&G Cosmetics Global Creative Design Director and is the one that many of the designers call their “go-to” makeup artist for Fashion Week runway looks. Â Now Pat shows us how she creates a smoky eye look.
How about giving us all the steps for the eyes? How could you say that the eyeliner created the look shown just before any eye shadow was applied?
According to Pat on the video she took the liner and applied it all over the eye and then smudged it out with the smudge tip.
If you watch the video again,Jill,you’ll notice that much of Pat’s work is done through the blending process. MUA’s blend like crazy and use their fingers all the time! That’s how they can achieve that look with pencil. The powder really gives it staying power and helps the blending process.
