It’s so strange that Nordstrom would do that. They are among the best.

I do know that my lipstick was shipped from a store, not from the warehouse, the source of my other items. By the time I ordered, the warehouse had sold out of some of the items in the line. I have a paranoid suspicion that the store reps are pulling “any shade” to send out. Hey, it’s a sale, right?
