Bobbi Brown calls her concealer the “secret of the universe”. Lets discuss the packaging of this secret eye opener. Do you recall a few years back when Bobbi Brown came out with her concealer/powder duo? Great concept – bad packaging. The concealer was good, the loose powder was good, too. But only if you happened to not mind having a mini loose powder and mess everywhere because it was small and clumsy. It really wasn’t convenient to use anywhere other than if you used it at home.
Now the new packaging is a small oval shaped set with the concealer and a pressed powder rather than loose powder. And the whole lid to the compact is a mirror making it convenient for touch-ups when traveling, or at work when you need to freshen up the under eye darkness.
The s.a. told me that the formula is a bit creamier and easier to blend, but that the shades have changed a bit. I was Sand shade before and still am, but be sure to check the shades to make certain you wear the same one as previously.

I still have my ‘old style’ Bobbi Brown concealer and never used the powder bit for the reasons you mentioned.
It’s a shame that it didn’t contain pressed powder instead but this looks more convenient to use anyway.
That loose powder was annoying, wasn’t it!
The packaging was not easy to use (OR open!) in the old container. I believe that the S.A. told you incorrectly that the concealer formula is creamier. It is actually slightly LESS wet…a bit drier, so you don’t have to use as much. With this one, a little goes a loooooong way!! I love it!!!
I find the Corrector to be “wet” but never the concealer. This new concealer is creamier and spreads easier. and yes a little goes a long way!
