Starting April 3rd, which is National Walking Day, the Walkabout will kick off and you can participate by pledging to walk every day for 28 days beginning April 3 so you can attain better physical and emotional health. Participating in the Walkabout are celebrity fitness trainer Juliet Kaska, whose clients include Stacy Keibler, Kate Walsh, Ali Larter and others.
