I was in NYC last week and I knew I had a very full schedule with work, but I was hopin’ and prayin’ that I’d have some free time on Thursday between noon and 2:00 to actually meet the beauty icon herself at Bloomingdales.  Unfortunately it was not meant to be I guess.   Not a single minute to spare. 

I’ve mentioned here before how I really like the Bobbi Brown palettes.  They’ve been around for a year now and you can pick and choose your blush and eye shadows, pop them in a 3, 4 or 6 pan palette with colors that you love and a look just for you – no one trying to sell you a pre-packaged palette of colors where you’ll only use one or two colors.  I love the concept!

But there was always something missing in order to make it a truly workable palette.  Whether to take traveling or to pop in your bag for touchups it was missing foundation and lip colors.  

Now Bobbi has added her line of Stick Foundations into the little squares to pop into the palettes and three various quads of lip glosses/color also in little squares.   Brilliant!   Now all we need is a tiny compact of pressed powder and perfecto!
