You may be asking yourselves, what does a photo of a beautiful building have to do with Breast Cancer Awareness?  Well let me explain.

I am leaving tomorrow for NY for a work related event.   The design firm I work for was asked to do a room for this year’s Holiday House and this is the room that we are re-doing.  I’ll be sure to post “after” photos in the next week.  The Holiday House event will benefit the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation for the Greater New York Chapter. 

Now, you may be saying to yourself, “why does this room look familiar”?  Well, I’ll let you in on the fun we discovered last week.  This room was in the Sex And The City Movie!   How fun is that!   It was shown as the lobby/entrance to the beautiful apartment Big was buying for Carrie.   So next time you watch the movie – keep an eye out for the room!  

The Holiday House is open to the public November 4th – December 7th.  It is located at 2 East 63rd St. in New York.
