Bobbi Brown continues to wow us with the new looks in her collections.   This Copper Collection shows a much deeper, smokier eye than we have usually seen with Bobbi and I like this new look.   It appears to be a very youthful look, so it might not appeal to everyone over 40, but if you’re daring – give it a try!

The hit of the party is the Copper Diamond Shimmer Brick. $40   Bobbi struck gold a few years back in creating the Shimmer Brick and she continues with more beautiful color combinations and Copper Diamond is no exception.  It’s encased in a faux leather metallic case and the shades in the Shimmer Brick include Candlelight, Gold, Copper, Beige, and Sand working together to give skin a warm golden copper glow.

Glitter and shimmer continue with the holiday theme in the lips.   With lip glosses, and glitter lip balm and glitter gloss, you are sure to sparkle this holiday season!    She has packaged a lip gloss trio in a metallic pouch and the colors are Spun Gold, Pink Glitter and Sandy Beige Shimmer. $45.

The Glitter Balm is available in 3 shades; Copper Diamond, Pink Crystal, and Crystal Diamond $19.  The Glitter Gloss $19 is available in 6 new shades; Rave, Martini, Disco Pink, Ball, Soiree Pink and Velvet Rope.  Hmmm – sense the party theme?!

Six new shades have been added to the Metallic Shadows. $20  They are Pink Chandelier, Bash, After Hours, Indigo Nights, Bonfire and Glitz.    Top if off with fabulous lashes and the limited edition Everything Lash/Glamour Mascara Duo $28.  One end thickens and coats your lashes, the other end is a lengthening and defining mascara to give you all out glamorous eyes for the holidays.

At over 40, be cautious with all the shimmer and glitter.  A touch here and there is OK for evening and parties, but eyes, lips and cheeks all at once is just too much.   Pick which of the 3 areas you want to highlight with shimmer do no more shimmer.   Now, let’s get this party started!
