Are you a Dior Diva VIP?  I’ve always dreamed about being a diva for a day, and now I can and you can too!  Just collect your receipts from Dior beauty purchases and get free product.  How easy is that?

Here’s how it works:  go to http://www.dior.com/ to register, then go to your favorite store that sells Dior beauty products.  For every $1 you spend on Dior product, it is worth 1 point.  Collect 100 points, 250, 500, 750 or 1,000 points – depending on how much you love Dior, and mail in your receipts and you get a Diva package in return.   Get such things as travel sizes of Dior best sellers to full size product(s) to a couture inspired case filled with Dior products.

    I dont understand were to send the recieps becuase I already am a doir diva vip but I dont know the adress to send them to in order to recieve my gift.

    Hi Alaa,
    If you go to their website and find the Dior Diva Rewards, you’ll need to print off the Rewards Redemption Form. The address is Dior Diva VIP, PO Box 1394, Ronks, PA 17573. It is also on the form.

    I have been trying for months to find the rewards website to print a form to submit my receipts. I registered several months ago. Not very user friendly. I am one of several people that I know who cannot find that site. I have spent a lot of money on Dior cosmetics and I would like to redeem my points.

    On the upper right corner is says Dior Diva VIP – click for more info. Click that on. Then it will talk about signing up – but if you use the scroll bar and scroll down, it will give you redemption informaiton.

    Hey everyone, like you I can’t get into the dior diva vip section. I registered a few months ago and the other day I printed out multiple copies of the form (guess I thought ahead). After that day, nothing. I could get into the main page, click on makeup skin care section, then it opens the country section , I click on North America and nothing, website goes black. I tried other like international and even europe, it wont open. Its been like that for months. Alot of people in diff. forum cant get in either. I even emailed them several of times to fix the problems and like most ppl wanted 2 know what the prizes are and “nada”. Hope they can fix the “supposed” problem, but for me its like trying to keep ppl from redeeming their prizes.

    I joined the VIP program last August of 2008 and sent in all of my receipts in June and to this date haven’t received my kit!! I’m at the 1,000 point level!!! Does it really take this long to receive it???

    It usually takes not longer than 6 weeks to receive your rewards! There is a contact email, you should def. get in touch with them about that. Its possible your receipts may have gotten lost in the mail!

    Anyone know what its in the 500 points package???

    It says 2 full size products, a professional makeup brush in a Dior pouch. What the 2 full size products are, it does not specify.

    I have $499.50 in Dior purchases receipts to redeem. I want to get the $500 rewards package. Will the 50 cent shortage prevent me from getting that package, or will those receipts be considered $500 worth of purchases? That’s not counting all the tax I paid, which would be $30.

    I do not know for sure, but I would hate for you to not get your gift because of 50 cents. Maybe purchase the least inexpensive thing they have to make sure you are covered!

    I sent an envelope 2 months ago with recepits for 500 points and still didn’t hear back from Dior. How would I be able to know that they got my letter? Do they have any phone number?

    I know it takes around 8 weeks for processing. I don’t know of a number, but I will try and reach my contacts to see if there is a number or any other info.
